Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

Returns

  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please contact our team at [gbeehler3@gmail.com] to initiate the return process. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt or if you received the wrong item.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at [surfslutsandiego@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will send you the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on stickers or postcards.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
